1. Who processes your data

The personal data controller is PT Konsultasi Kelimpahan Bali (Indonesia, NIB 2202230073918, address: Jalan Raya Sanggingan No. 75, Kedewatan, Ubud, Gianyar, Bali 80571, Indonesia), hereinafter the “Operator”. Website: antiagingconcierge.com. Data enquiries: hello@antiagingconcierge.com.

This Policy takes into account applicable data protection laws, including UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, and applies to all data you submit on the website.

2. What data we receive

name and age;
country and city;
contact details: WhatsApp number, Telegram username or e-mail;
the chosen programme and preferred travel dates;
technical data: page address, referral source, advertising campaign tags.

We do not collect medical data or photos through the website form. If they are needed to select a programme, we will ask for your separate consent and offer a secure way to share them.

3. Why

to reply to your request and hold a consultation;
to select clinics, specialists and the programme format;
to organise the trip: consultations, interpreting, transfers, accommodation, support;
to send news and offers — only if you have separately agreed to this.

4. Legal basis

Your consent, which you give by ticking the relevant boxes in the form. Mailing consent is optional: the request is sent without it as well.

5. Who we share data with

Only with those without whom the programme cannot be organised, and only with your separate consent: clinics and specialists in South Korea, interpreters, transport companies, hotels. Data is also stored by the services that run the website and request handling: Vercel (website hosting), Google (request spreadsheet), Telegram (request notifications).

Some recipients are located outside your country of residence (including in South Korea and Indonesia). Data is shared only to the extent needed to organise the programme.

6. How long we keep data

For as long as needed for the purposes in section 3, but no longer than 3 years from your last contact, or until you withdraw consent. The data is then deleted.

7. How we protect data

Only the founders and staff who need it for their work have access to requests. The website uses the secure HTTPS protocol.

8. Your rights

to find out what data we hold about you;
to correct or complete it;
to withdraw consent and ask us to delete your data;
to unsubscribe from mailings at any time.

9. Cookies

The website currently does not use analytics services or advertising pixels. If they are added, we will show a notice and ask for your choice.
